This Privacy Policy describes how Every Body ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application.

b) User-Generated Content

• Photos you upload
• Body measurements (height, weight, body type)
• Clothing item information (brand, item name, size worn)
• Optional fit notes and comments

c) Usage Information

At this time, we do not collect detailed app usage analytics such as screens viewed, searches performed, or interaction tracking.

If we introduce analytics or performance monitoring in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

d) Affiliate Link Information

• When you click on product links, we may receive information about purchases made through those links
• This helps us earn commission and improve our service

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the app's functionality
• Display your photos and measurements to other users

a) Publicly Visible Information

• Photos you upload are visible to all app users
• Your body measurements associated with photos are visible to all users

• Firebase (Google Cloud Services) - for authentication, database, and file storage
• Affiliate Partners - we share anonymized click and purchase data with retailers when you use product links

We currently use Firebase only for authentication, database, and file storage. We do not use Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics at this time.

c) We Do NOT Sell Your Personal Information

We never sell your email address or personal data to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud Platform)
• Photos are stored in secure cloud storage
• Email addresses and passwords are encrypted
• We implement industry-standard security measures
• However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Delete your uploaded photos at any time
• Request complete account deletion
• Update your body measurements

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete:

• Your account: All personal data is deleted within 30 days
• Individual photos: They are permanently removed from our servers

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover such collection, we will delete the information immediately.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

Every Body participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means:

• We may include links to purchase clothing items
• If you make a purchase through our links, we may earn a commission
• This does not affect the price you pay
• Commissions help us maintain and improve the free app
• We only recommend items that are genuinely uploaded and reviewed by users

9. International Users

Your information may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your residence, including the United States, where Firebase servers are located. By using the app, you consent to this transfer.
